Working closely with our purveyor in Canada, the vertically-integrated company sustainably catches lobsters from the depths of the frigid North Atlantic Ocean. Upon returning to shore, they process the lobsters and ship to us fresh-frozen product, ready for lobster rolls and our signature lobster Mac n' cheese. With some other popular New England favorites, our Chef's will entertain your guest's and pleasure their palates.

The fine print.

Menu pricing is subject to change based on market fluctuations and seasonal availability. The Basics and New Englander are "all-you-can-eat" based on two hours of service. All menus are subject to an 18% gratuity, sales tax, labor, and travel charges.
Per the schedule below, there is a required food and beverage minimum, prior to gratuity, tax, travel charges, and any other applicable fees. 
May - October (Monday - Thursday): $1,500
May - October (Fridays & Sundays): $2,000
May - October (Saturdays): $2,500
Note: Operation is possible in all weather conditions, unless ambient temperature drops below 40 degrees.

Pricing is based on a per person basis as well as time on-site. For example, service times for menus range from a high of 100 people per hour for the Lobster Roll Meal to a low of 40 people per hour for the New Englander. Pricing is based on an appropriate amount of time to serve the number of guests. Having food available for 8 hours for 40 people, as an extreme example, will incur additional surcharges.
